Our Fleet Management service is aimed at companies who wish to retain the ownership of their vehicles, while relieving them of the management and administrative duties of purchasing and running their own fleet. Every company knows that the task of running a vehicle fleet is both time consuming and costly, our fleet management team aims to reduce such burdens.

The purpose of Fleet management is simple; it aims to ensure that your company only pays the appropriate and reasonable running costs. These purchase and running costs are itemised and sent to you on a monthly basis, a feature that allows you to monitor the status of your existing fleet, track any costs incurred and the savings you make.

In practice, we can do this in two ways: one, we buy the car(s) (thus acting as your agent), pay all running costs and dispose at termination (acting again as your agent). You will then be invoiced monthly with the actual costs incurred by us. As a result, the outgoings can vary considerably from month to month. Two, you can ask us to manage your already existing fleet or buy new set of cars and we manage. Both ways, we will invoice you monthly.
